CR CHART
ALIVE |
Hans Westergaard THE MIRROR Me. Following the first trial and execution song, I started to worry that my path in life was a mistake. Taking the Leading Player up on her Mole offer? Definitely a bad idea. For all the trouble it caused me, I kind of deserved to get a lot more anger from people than I did. Ultimately though, I've decided to change my ways and try to... not lie to people all the time and tell them what they want to hear. It's had mixed results so far, but I don't need everyone to like me, I suppose. Just the people that count? Is that right? |
ALIVE |
Anna of Arendelle THE PRINCESS My ex-fiancee. She couldn't remember our engagement at first and ended up marrying Billy Harris at the last trial. She's punched me four times (and counting.) The last two alone were in the last week. She also made me cry in front of her by singing stupid sad love songs the night before the last trial and I really don't appreciate that. But I guess I did kind of try to kill her sister so maybe I deserve it. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Inspector Javert THE LAW A French Police Inspector who was very passionate about his duty. He got the wrong impression about me from Anna, and the Balladeer's look from his song didn't help things, either. Seemed badly shaken by the death of the people he swore to protect. He was a good man, killed by some weird alter-ego pretending to be Cain from the Bible. I helped figure out the cause of his death with Billy, since at that point I was used to handling dead bodies, it wasn't that big of a deal. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Jean Valjean THE BREADWINNER Our first victim. A kind old man who was an escaped convict. He and Inspector Javert clearly shared a history together. He was generous, pious and much stronger than he looked. It doesn't surprise me to hear that he did not struggle when D-ne went to kill him. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Natalie Goodman THE INVISIBLE GIRL A cynical girl from a time and world without magic. Despite her attitude and strange clothes, she probably had a good heart and was great at getting people to be straight with her. In the end she was killed by a crew member after the Leading Player tried to frame Bal for her murder. I never spoke to her much before she died (thanks, Anna,) but in the end I voted for her in case the Leading Player doubted my loyalties towards them and my being the Mole. She'd probably kill me if she knew about this. |
DECEASED |
Gabriel Goodman THE SUPERBOY He seemed pretty alright, from what we'd spoken. He was Natalie's brother, though apparently he'd been dead for as long as she knew of him. Would have been interesting if I'd seen him around more, but he killed Hime through some weirdly elaborate trap so he was about as much of a jerk as I expected. |
ALIVE |
Raoul de Changy THE CHARMING RIVAL A Viscount who is proper and charming indeed. He seemed to be a good sort of person and easy to exploit, but he was never outright rude to me after everything with Anna came out, so I can appreciate that. His world sounds the most like mine, in terms of time and everything, so that's likely going to be our first stop after Denny's. |
ALIVE |
Seymour Krelborn THE MEEK His title once said it all. Seymour was weak-spirited sort, easily manipulated and physically frail. I'll thought I could manipulate him into doing my dirty work for me, but somewhere down the line he opened up to me and I... kept his secret because, well, what would I have gained from telling anyone, anyway? I guess it felt nice to have someone still talk to me after everything with Anna came out, but after I told everyone I was the Mole, Seymour actually forgave me. I suppose this is what having a friend is like? |
ALIVE |
Winslow Leach THE SELLOUT A talented composer who lost his voice but eventually gained it back via some strange... machine. I tricked him into writing me a song to win back Anna and he's never forgiven me. It's kind of awkward since I guess he and Seymour are dating? And Seymour's kind of my best friend. Yeah, I don't know how that's going to work out either. But at least they seem happy together. |
ALIVE |
Billy Flynn THE SILVER-TONGUED PRINCE OF THE COURTROOM A lawyer who took everything in stride... until Natalie's murder, anyway. He'd defended some nasty clients before, so that detachment probably helped him stay impartial in this mess. I'm a little surprised he didn't sell us out, but then the same thing could be said of me. Sometimes you have to play to the crowd. |
ALIVE |
Heather McNamara THE BEST FRIEND A nice girl who's a bit loud and outspoken, but ultimately her heart is in the right place. She has a lot of regrets and makes a lot of mistakes, but ultimately just didn't want to be alone. I can understand that. I hope things turn around for her. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Eliza Hamilton THE HELPLESS A kind-hearted woman whose body I helped move after Hook apparently bludgeoned her with a teapot. I didn't know that part, all they told me was to mess up the crime scene. I moved her cold body to the library where I hoped someone would find her. She's forgiven me for the Mole stuff, but I doubt she knows that part. I plan on keeping it that way. But she seemed as capable as she is kind, so I don't have a clue how she ended up with the title of "Helpless." |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Shiva Shingetsu Astarte THE VESSEL A woman who had a split personality that apparently thought it was Cain. From the bible. She was a kind girl who seemed to be lacking in understanding for a few basic things, but ultimately she treated me with about the same amount of suspicion as anyone else. Her alter-ego was just awful though, I'm glad he's dead or apparently trapped in a roll of duct tape. Javert deserved a better death than what he got. |
ALIVE |
Jezebel Mephistopheles THE HELL PRINCESS A princess from Hell, apparently. (She can't really be from Hell, can she?) I kind of steered clear of her after Anna told everyone about what I'd done, so we never really got the chance to speak much. I was honestly kind of afraid of her. She seems to have asked Bal to make her human and she's dating Natalie now, so good for her. I never thought I'd say that about people falling in love, but here we are. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Hime Shirayuki THE SHRINKING VIOLET A young, energetic princess who came from the far future, as far as I'm concerned. She's very impressionable and likely far too young to be trapped in this mess. We actually bonded somewhat over the Halloween party we tried to plan, before she was killed. Also seems to have forgiven me for being the Mole and the awful things I've done in general. She really believes bad people can change. I'm surprised to say I agree with her. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
D-ne THE LONELY Our first killer, who was willing to subject us all to death in exchange for her wish. She apparently spent all her wishes in her home and wanted to undo the damage they had caused. She killed Jean Valjean. She and I had more in common than I ever realized, as she built her identity out of the identities of others... It's awful to say I'm glad she died, but her death was something of a wake-up call for me. |
ALIVE |
The Pirate King THE PIRATE KING A pirate king. This bombastic fellow who is like pirate straight from the storybooks. Charming, disarming, with cunning and wiles to spare. He's extremely cool and actually a great person. Married Billy and Anna, and always seemed to have a smile ready for those who needed it. |
DE...CEASED? |
Captain Hook THE SLEAZIEST SLEAZE OF THE SEVEN SEAS A real pirate and total asshole. He thought he was the greatest pirate ever, but he was a complete idiot who murdered Darla and Eliza. Apparently since coming back to life he's gone senile and can't remember much of anything anymore. All the better, if you ask me. |
ALIVE, AGAIN |
Darla Dimple THE STARLET A very young girl who apparently tried to drown some animals. She was a strange one, talked like she was a lot older than she actually was. I mean, drowning animals is truly awful, but she probably didn't deserve to be murdered, either. |
ALIVE |
Billy Harris THE DOCTOR Anna's husband. (Boy, that sounds weird to say.) Started out as an unremarkable, meek little man but eventually turned out to be kind of a decent guy. We started actually speaking after Javert's murder investigation. Turns out he is a former "supervillain" who believes that magic is really just "superpowers" and that science can explain everything, even the craziness in the Opera House. I mean, he was wrong, but he was nice enough not to bring up that time I cried around him so he wasn't all that bad. I feel at least a little vindicated that Anna ended up marrying a villain after everything. |
ALIVE, AGAIN! |
The Balladeer THE BALLADEER The Narrator to our tale and the object of my completely unexpected affections. He's a weird one-- he couldn't intercede with any of our affairs directly, but he was as helpful as could be as long as it didn't break the rules. He showed up to my party after I invited him and was rooting for us all to make it through the show. He's the first person to get to know the real me, so I spoke to him quite often and ended up... caring for the guy. I'd never had someone to talk to like that before. Somewhere down the line, I started worrying about him, and trying to keep the Leading Player off his back, though with mixed success. Once she started lying to him, I came clean about being the Mole and... well, after he died, I guess I realized I'd been in love with him. Which was stupid, or so I thought. Love is really, really stupid. Sometimes when I think back to the week he was gone, I was so miserable and pathetic that I want to punch myself, but knowing he's back and even being with him makes all the pain worth it. Maybe True Love can change people after all. It certainly changed me. |
